February’s Theme “Finances”

So our (and this time, it truly is “our”!) theme for the month of February is:
FINANCIAL FEBRUARY
(first person to name that literary technique wins a prize)

Here’s our list of goals.  (I’ve made them deliberately vague because they are about our personal finances after all.  If you want the actual list, e-mail me and if I deem you to be an acceptable security risk, I’ll share the Google docs page with you!    Just so you know, it’s not that interesting.)
1.  Evaluate all our retirement accounts and redistribute investments as necessary.
2. Ditto for our savings account – set up targeted savings accounts for specific goals.  We’re doing this a little bit already but I’d like us to be even more specific.
3. Clear our file cabinet of all 2009 paperwork and file in a safe place.
4. Make a will.
5. File our taxes.
