I did talk to Eric on his actual birthday (6/29) but didn’t get around to posting anything on here.  Actually, before I called Eric, I was thinking, “Hmm – I wonder if he’s turning 30?” but then realized that I’m almost 34, which means Eric just turned 32, which means Jon is 30, which means it’s Chris’s turn next to be 30!!  Yikes!!  Our family now has 3 kids in their 30s.  We are getting old!  (I guess that makes sense because there are now 8 grand kids, with one more on the way.)

So Happy Birthday to my ancient younger brother!
