Thanks for your prayers everyone.  My interview on Monday at the middle school went really well and Tuesday morning, they offered me the job.   I only have to go there on B days so that means I’ll be there two days one week and three days the next.  Now we’re praying that the ESOL office will place me at a elementary office close by for the remaining half of my position.  I’ve specifically requested to be placed at my neighborhood school and walking to work would certainly be ideal!  But, in the meantime, we’re just praying that the Lord will put me in the right place.

And last night, to celebrate my new half-job, we went out to eat…at Subway.  Long story but basically the place we chose to go didn’t work out, we were already really hungry, didn’t know where to go and ended up with Subway.  Definitely not local and sustainable but at least not fried.  We’ll do better some other time!
