You know the scene in “Finding Nemo” where they break the filter in the aquarium?

That’s just about what Dillingham’s water looked like until about 15 minutes ago.  It’s a wonder he’s still alive.  Although my care of him doesn’t show it, I do really love having a goldfish and I’m glad he’s the centerpiece of our dining room table!

    goldfish are just dirty, no way around it.i think we should name our fish dillingham. i love it.

    @nutmeggmama – Yes goldfish are dirty but if you don’t change their water for a month, it gets even dirtier! 🙂  This is actually Dillingham the Second.  I liked the name so much the first time around that I just recycled it!  It sounds faintly British and people always start laughing when I tell them that it’s a very small town in Western AK!
