Recently, Ellie has started drawing actual objects rather than random lines, all without any prompting from us to do so. I love to see how her mind works!

Nice artwork, Ellie! I especially like the dolphins. I love it when they can identify what they have drawn. It eliminates the parent guess/child “No!” cycle!
I tend to just ask Ellie to tell me about her drawing because I usually have no idea what it is! I think she often decides what it is after she draws it! 🙂
